Slow Light — four studies in high-desert time
The light in Santa Fe does not fall — it settles, the way plaster settles into burlap, the way ash settles into glaze. Slow Light brings together four artists who work at the speed of that settling.
Lindqvist grinds vermilion clay into her panels. Quintana fires with piñon behind the gallery. Begay waits whole afternoons for a single frame. Okonkwo dips linen into indigo until the blue nearly blacks out. Nothing here was hurried.
- Anna Lindqvist — pigment & plaster
- Marisol Quintana — earthenware
- Theo Begay — photography
- Wren Okonkwo — indigo textile

The steady hands
We represent eight artists — five of them live within an hour of the gallery, and all of them work slowly enough to notice what the desert is doing.

Find the red door on Canyon Road
We're the low adobe wall four blocks east of Paseo de Peralta — look for the red door, the corten hoop, and (most days) Marisol's kiln cooling out back.
