What happens to my email and phone number?

Your email is used to deliver the report and, if you ticked the box, occasional growth tips. Your phone number is only texted if you ticked the text-message box. Every message has an unsubscribe or STOP option, and we never sell or share your details.

What if my Google Business Profile is thin — few reviews or missing details?

You still get a report. When there isn't enough public data to score fairly, we say so instead of guessing: the report flags the signals that were found, the ones that could not be verified, and what's missing.
