All content on this Site — text, graphics, logos, portfolio images, animations, and code — is the property of Loonglade Web Studio or its respective clients and is protected under the Copyright Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-42) and applicable Canadian intellectual property laws. You may share links freely. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without prior written permission from Loonglade Web Studio.
04 — No Scraping
Standards-based access — including search-engine crawling and agent access that respects robots.txt and the discovery files published at /.well-known/ — is welcome. You may not bulk-extract or harvest content from this Site, or reproduce, redistribute, or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models on substantial portions of this Site's content, without prior written permission from Loonglade Web Studio. Unauthorised bulk use may constitute an infringement of copyright and a violation of applicable Canadian law.
05 — Acceptable Use
Use this Site only for lawful purposes consistent with all applicable federal and provincial laws, including the Criminal Code of Canada, CASL, and the Copyright Act. You must not attempt unauthorised access to the Site or its systems, introduce malicious code, impersonate Loonglade Web Studio or its personnel, or transmit unsolicited commercial electronic messages in violation of CASL.
06 — Portfolio & Client Work
Work displayed in the portfolio was created by Loonglade Web Studio in collaboration with its clients. Intellectual property in final deliverables belongs to the respective clients under their individual agreements. Work is shown with permission for promotional purposes only and does not imply availability for reproduction or purchase.
07 — Privacy & Personal Information
Loonglade Web Studio is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA, S.C. 2000, c. 5) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA, S.B.C. 2003, c. 63). Passive browsing collects no personally identifiable information; aggregate analytics are anonymous and do not identify individual visitors. Information submitted through contact features is used to respond to your inquiry. When you opt in on a form, we also use your email address to send the checklist or occasional growth tips; you can withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting hello@loonglade.com. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties. Requests for the free Google Business Profile audit are processed on Cloudflare; the business name and public listing details you select are sent to Google and SayGM to build the report, and the report is emailed through Resend. Audit report payloads and request logs are kept for 30 days, and lead and consent records for 365 days, after which they are deleted. You have the right to access, correct, or withdraw consent to your personal information at any time by contacting hello@loonglade.com — we will respond within 30 days as required by law.
08 — Cookies & CASL
This Site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless measurement service that reports aggregate page views, referrers, and country. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint or track individuals across sites, and does not collect personal information. No advertising or cross-site tracking is used. Any cookies used are limited to core site functionality and can be disabled in your browser settings. The free audit is protected by a Cloudflare Turnstile security check, which is cookieless and collects no personal information. Loonglade Web Studio complies with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL, S.C. 2010, c. 23) and will not send commercial electronic messages without your express or implied consent. Every marketing email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. When you unsubscribe, we record the withdrawal and mark your address as unsubscribed in our mailing list so it is excluded from future sends; you can also withdraw consent at any time by contacting hello@loonglade.com — requests are processed within 10 business days as required by CASL.

This Site is provided on an as-is basis. Loonglade Web Studio makes no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or availability and the Site may be amended or suspended without notice. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only — Loonglade Web Studio accepts no responsibility for their content or practices.
10 — Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Loonglade Web Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site.
